I cater to Title Companies, Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Realtors, and homeowners to complete the loan process of signing and notarizing the loan documents.  Having worked in the mortgage industry for over 10 years and participating in over 3,000 loan transactions, I have an extensive understanding of the loan process from beginning to end.  I am sensitive and responsive to the urgency of having loan documents signed and returned promptly and accurately.

I know how stressful the loan process can be for everyone involved and I welcome the opportunity to make the completion process easy and enjoyable by:

• Available and Responsive 7 days/week
• Scheduling directly with the borrower at a convenient time and location   
   of their choice
• Receiving, preparing, and explaining the documents clearly and accurately
• Communicating status with the Originator and Transaction Coordinator
• Returning the loan package promptly to ensure a timely funding
